从福州市"电气化示范小区"合作建设的背景、主要做法、成效以及改进方向等方面,介绍了福州电业局与房地产开发商合作建设"电气化示范小区"的过程以及工作经验,并介绍2个实施案例,为拓展居民用电市场提供借鉴。
The article introduced that Fuzhou Electric Power Bureau and real estate developers cooperate to build ＂electrification demonstration community＂ and their work experience from the aspect of co-construction background of Fuzhou ＂electrification demonstration community＂, practices, effectiveness and improving direction, etc. Two implementing cases are introduced in order to provide reference for expanding the residential electricity market.
