摘要
预应力碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)筋夹片式锚具的研究引起我国土木工程界的广泛关注.为研制适合CFRP筋的锚固装置,根据CFRP筋的特性,研制了60,90 mm及2×60 mm串联式单根直径7 mm CFRP筋夹片式锚具,并对其进行锚固性能的张拉试验.通过锚具锚固性能试验,分析了锚固失效的原因.研究表明,CFPR筋的性能和品种、锚具长度、缓和介质及预紧力的大小是影响夹片式CFRP筋锚具锚固性能的主要因素.
The research on the jaw vice anchorage of prestressed carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFPR) tendons causes the extensive concern of the civil engineering field. In order to produce a anchor device adapted to CFRP tendons, according to the properties of CFRP tendons, 60, 90 mm and 2 × 60 mm jaw vice anchorage are developed for 7mm CFPR tendons, and tension test is done on anchorage performance. Failure analysis of CFPR tendons anchorage is studied by the experiment of the anchorage performance. The results indicate that categories and properties of CFRP, anchorage length, alleviation medium and pretightening loads are the main factors influencing anchorage performance of CFPR tendons anchorage.
