摘要
针对武广沿线大量风化软岩,对其进行了水泥改良的击实试验研究,分析了水泥改良土填筑路基的施工工艺和质量控制指标,检测结果表明,无侧限抗压强度作为软岩化学改良土的一个重要控制指标,掺入5%水泥的风化软岩满足现场填筑标准.同时建议以压实系数K为路基压实质量的主要检测指标,并辅以地基系数K30、路基刚度Evd及变形模量Ev2的检测.
Compaction tests were done on lots of weathered soft rock in Wu - Guang passenger transportation line. The construction process , quality controlling and inspecting results of roadbed filled with cement - improved soft rock were analyzed. The results show that the value of unconfined compression strength of cement -improved soft rock should not less than 500 kPa, which is the important controlling index. The weathered soft rock with 5% cement can be satisfied with placement standards. At the same time, the article suggests compactness as the mail inspecting index, and K30, Evd and Ev2 were the secondary one.
