6个熊胆样品中结合型胆汁酸的种类和含量研究

Study on Varieties and Contents of Combined Bile Acid\=in 6 Samples of Fel Ursi

采用反相ＨＰＬＣ技术对熊胆样品中结合型胆汁酸的种类和含量作了研究。结果表明：天然熊胆和人工熊胆均有相当量的ＴＵＤＣＡ、ＴＣＤＣＡ和ＴＣＡ；半数样品中能检出少量的ＴＤＣＡ。

The varieties and contents of combined bile acid in 6 samples of Fel Ursi were studied by RPHPLC technology.As a result,the contents of TUDCA,TCDCA and TCA in natural Fel Ursi and artificial Fel Ursi had no significant differences.The trace TDCA in a half of sample could be detected.
