摘要
在保证风光互补照明系统正常工作的条件下,系统的技术经济性分析对减少全寿命费用和年运行费用,提高投资效益是非常必要的。利用HOMER软件对独立式风光互补路灯系统进行了技术经济性分析,根据当地气象资料,找到了满足系统正常工作的最佳系统配置,并分析了不可预测的敏感性变量如风电机组寿命、年平均风速和银行利率对系统全寿命费用的影响。优化结果表明技术经济性分析可以使系统投资最少,收益最大。
The techno-economic analysis for hybrid wind-solar lighting system is important to decrease the total net present cost and operating maintain cost and improves the investment yield under the regular work conditions of power supply system.The HOMER software is used to analyze the techno-economic performances of hybrid wind-solar streetlight system in accordance with the local weather data,the optimized configuration of supply system is gained which can satisfy the regular supply power demand.Furthermore,the unpredictable sensitivity variables affect the total net present cost of system,such as the life of wind power turbine,the effects of annual average wind speed and interest rate on the systematic full-life cost.The optimal results indicate that the techno-economic analysis can minimize the net present cost and maximize investment yield.
