Analysis on Psychological Counseling's Professional Quality in American Universities

本文就美国高校心理咨询服务发展专业标准(CSP专业标准)出台的背景,从业人员职业素质的内容、结构与特点等方面做一介绍与分析。借鉴美国的经验,我国高校心理咨询与心理健康教育工作应以专业化的要求,以促进学生全面发展为核心,从强化专业知识、培养专业能力,形成正确的专业价值观和伦理观三个方面提高从业人员职业素质,提升工作水平,树立职业威望,实现专业化发展。

This article described the background of American universities＇ Counseling Services Programs Professional Standards,analyzed the content,structure and characteristics of Professional quality to employees.By referring to the experience of American universities,Chinese universities＇ counseling and psychological education should accord to requirement of specialization,promote the students-centered comprehensive development,improve professional quality employees from the following three aspects：the strengthening of professional knowledge,the nurturing of professional competence and the establishing of correct professional values and ethics,so as to improve work standards,establish professional prestige and achieve professional development.
