摘要
基于环境成本视角对旅游发展中的不可持续现象进行分析,从外部性这一旅游环境成本的基本属性出发,结合旅游行业的特殊性质,剖析旅游环境成本的经济涵义,在此基础上提出旅游环境成本内生化的政策建议。
The paper analyzes unsustainable tourism development from the perspective of environment cost.Starting from the externality,the basic attribute of tourism environment cost,and the special property of tourism industry,it analyzes economic meaning of tourism environment cost and puts forward tourism environment cost endogenous policy.
