摘要
随着我国经济的高速发展和市场竞争的加剧,发展现代物流产业,提高物流绩效已经成为一个重要的经济发展政策目标。要提高中国物流绩效指数,必须以物流产业发展规律为出发点,整合物流资源,形成物流资源高效配置的政策指导机制;合理布局物流实体网络,形成高效的物流资源供给的支持机制;创造有利的营商环境,形成高效的企业竞争机制;进行制度创新,构筑各层面组织机构的政策推进机制。
With the rapid development of China＇s economy and severe market competition,the development of modern logistics industry and the improvement of logistics performance have become an important economic policy target.In order to improve logistics performance index,we have to comply with the rules of logistics industry,integrate logistics resources with physical distribution to provide an efficient policy guidance mechanism,form a rational network of physical distribution to establish an efficient supply mechanism,create a favorable business environment to establish an efficient competition system,and innovate in institution to build a policy implementation mechanism of organizations at all levels.
