摘要
为解决科技项目管理中存在的问题,在分析科技项目自身特点及其风险的基础上,文章阐述了完善科技项目管理机制的必要性,并分别从科技项目管理的立项、实施、验收三大阶段阐述项目风险管理的工作内容及引入第三方监理制的意义和方法。
For solving the problems in the management of technological projects,on the basis of analysis of their characters and risk characters,the paper elaborates the necessity of the improvement of the management system of technological projects, and explains its working contents from three phases,project set-up,implementation,check before acceptance,and the introduction of the meaning and methods of the third-part supervision.
