石杉碱甲胶囊、片剂双盲治疗增龄相关记忆障碍疗效比较

Comparison of the efficacy between tablet and capsule of huperzine to treat age associated memory impairment by double blind trail method

目的:比较石杉碱甲胶囊、片剂治疗增龄相关记忆障碍的效果.方法;对60例年龄≥60周岁增龄相关记忆障碍进行双盲观察,疗程2mo.结果:35例石杉碱甲胶囊治疗前后MQ值为87.34±11.95及99.09±14.76;25例石杉减甲片剂治疗前后MQ值分别为90.88±12.22及104.72±13.21,治疗前后均有极显著差异.胶囊与片剂总有效率分别为51.42%与64%,无明显差异.未见严重不良反应.结论:石杉碱甲胺囊及石杉碱甲片剂均系安全有效的改善记忆(及认知)功能的药物.

AIM: To compare the efficacy between the tablet and capsule of huperzine to treat age-associated memory impairment. METHODS: 60 cases (age?≥60 y) age-associated memory impairment were recruited into a double-blinded study for 2 months. RESULTS; The mean value of memory quotient (MQ) (WMS) before and after treatment were 87. 34± 11.95 and 99. 09 ± 14.76 in 35 cases treated with huperzine capsule 90.88±12.22 and 104. 72±13. 21 in 25 cases with huperzine tablets respectively. There were significant differences in MQ before and after treatment in both of them, but no significant difference between total effect of capsule and table (51. 42% and 64%). No significant side effects were observed. CONCLUSION: Huperzine capsule and tablet are both safe and effective drug to improve memory and cognitive function in the elderly.
