骨髓间充质干细胞在股骨头坏死治疗中的应用进展 被引量:6

摘要 股骨头坏死是由于不同病因破坏股骨头的血液循环,最终导致股骨头塌陷、髋关节功能障碍的一种慢性、致残性疾病,严重影响了患者的生活质量。骨髓间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)具有强大的自我增殖和多向分化潜能,可通过诱导分化为成骨细胞、软骨细胞、脂肪细胞及肌细胞等多种细胞谱系。
