锁定加压钢板治疗股骨干粉碎骨折48例 被引量:7

摘要 目的总结锁定加压钢板内固定治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法对采用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗48例粉碎性股骨干骨折的病例资料进行分析,其中新鲜骨折41例,陈旧骨折7例;闭合性骨折39例,开放性骨折9例。结果本组病例均获随访,随访时间3~16个月,平均12.2个月,骨折全部愈合,骨折临床愈合时间为12~18周,平均14.5周。结论锁定加压钢板内固定治疗粉碎性股骨干骨折手术创伤小,固定可靠,骨折愈合率高,是治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折的理想方法之一。
