摘要
本文指出城市是抵御自然灾害的脆弱区,概括了城市自然灾害的几大特性,提出了城市防灾的基本原则,并以城市防灾、防震为重点探讨了当前急需推进的防灾对策.
The authors indicate that cities are weak to withstand natrual disaster and summarize the main properties of city disaster in the essay,and then present basic principles for city disaster prevension.Finally the authors discuss the countermeasures for flood and earth quake prevention which need putting into practice immediately.
