The Summary of the Settlement of Nomadic Pastoralists of Western Grassland

随着生态移民工程和新农村、新牧区建设的推进,游牧民定居问题的研究近年来引起学术界的广泛关注,成果颇多,内容涉及政策导向、实施范围、方法及得失、文化变迁等方面,但对牧民心理承受能力、民族传统文化保护、定居模式的微观建构、城镇化进程中民族问题与社区民族工作的研究、定居政策的纵向研究、政策实施情况的研究还是我们应该加强的方面。

With the advancement of the Ecological Migration and the construction of New Country and New Pastoral Areas,the research about the settlement of nomadic pastoralists have been caused widespread concern in academic circles,productively,covering policy-oriented,the scope,methods and advantages and disadvantages,cultural change,etc.However,we should strengthen the aspects on the psychological consultation of pastoralists,the protection of the traditional culture,the micro-patterns and the ethnic problems of settlements in the process of urbanization,the longitudinal and the implementation study of the policy of nomadic pastoralists.
