从激励机制看中国古代赐姓

Surname Granting by Monarchs in AncientChina from the Perspective of Incentive Mechanism

中国古代赐姓对于激励机制的运用既有"得"又有"失"的一面。"得"表现为精神激励与物质激励相结合、正激励与负激励相结合、实行目标激励法等激励基本原则在赐姓中的体现;"失"表现为激励缺乏连续性、公平性、适度性等问题在赐姓中普遍存在。

Surname granting by Monarchs with the application of Incentive Mechanism in Ancient China has two sides of the same coin： both gain and loss.On one side of gain,the basic principle of incentive,such as combination of spirit incentives and material incentives,positive incentives and negative incentive,and target incentives has been embodied in it,on the other side of loss,it is obvious that there is lacking of continuity,impartiality and proportionality in surname granting owing to primitiveness of the application of Incentive Mechanism.
