摘要
该研究采用大学生专业承诺量表,测量了599名大学生的专业承诺水平。结果表明:(1)高考志愿调剂生的专业承诺总体水平显著低于非调剂生;除规范承诺维度外,调剂生的专业承诺各维度得分均显著低于非调剂生;(2)调剂生中,男生的专业承诺总体水平及情感承诺和继续承诺维度得分均显著低于女生;(3)调剂生中,大二学生的情感承诺维度得分明显低于其它年级。(4)可以通过各种方法来提高大学生特别是调剂生的专业承诺水平。
599 college students＇ specialty commitment was investigated by the Specialty Commitment Inventory of College Students（SCICS）.The results were：（1）The specialty commitment of the college students whose will in college entrance exam was exchanged was lower than the no-exchange ones;（2）In the will exchange ones,the specialty commitment of the males was lower than the females;（3） In the will exchange ones,the emotion commitment of the sophomores was lower than other grades students;（4）There were some countermeasures about how to improve the specialty commitment of the college students.
