管理案例教学在武警院校教学中愈来愈受到青睐。这种教学方法能够紧密贴近部队任职需要,对于培养学员分析解决实际问题的能力、提高其管理的能力水平等具有其它教学方法难以替代的作用。但从目前实施的情况来看,仍未达到预期的效果。为此,本文拟就当前武警院校管理案例教学存在的问题进行分析并提出相应的对策。

Management Case Study in the Teaching of armed institutions become more and more attention needs to be close to military positions,which train students for analyzing and solving practical problems,improve their management ability,with other teaching methods can not replace the role of this method.But the current implementation of the situation,not the desired effect.Therefore,this article intends to present cases of armed police college management to analyze the problems of teaching and the corresponding countermeasures.
