品管圈应用临床护理路径对脑梗塞病人实施健康教育的效果

目的:探讨品管圈应用临床护理路径对脑梗塞病人实施健康教育的效果。方法:选择2009年1月-2011年3月272例脑梗塞病人,随机分为对照组132例和实验组140例。对照组采用常规健康教育,实验组成立品管圈并应用临床护理路径对病人实施健康教育,比较两组病人健康教育的知晓率和满意度。结果:实验组健康教育知晓率和满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈应用临床护理路径表对病人实施健康教育,不仅提高了护理,而且强化了病人对健康教育的知晓率和满意度。

Goal： The discussion tube ring application clirfical nursing way implements the health education to the cerebral infarction patient the effect. Method： Chooses in January, 2009 - March, 2011 272 example cerebral infarction patient, divides into the control group 132 examples and the experimental group 140 examples stochastically.
