左旋氨氯地平与雷米普利治疗轻中度原发性高血压80例的疗效比较

目的:比较左旋氨氯地平和雷米普利治疗轻中度原发性高血压疗效和不良反应。方法:将160例高血压患者随机分为两组,左旋氨氯地平组(n=80)及雷米普利组(n=80),分别观察4周的坐位血压和不良反应。结果:左旋氨氯地平组和雷米普利组均能有效降低血压,左旋氨氯地平的不良反应发生率明显低于雷米普利。结论:左旋氨氯地平和雷米普利在治疗高血压方面有相似的疗效,前者不良反应更轻微,是较理想的抗高血压新药。

Study comparatively levamlodipine and ramipril on treating essential hypertensionCao Li-JiaAbstract Objective To compare the effect and side effect of levamlodipine and ramipril on treating hypertension. Methods 160 hypertension patients randomly divided into two groups, levamlodipine group （11 -- 80） and ramipril group （n = 80）, observe the blood pressure and adverse reactions after 4 weeks. Results levamlodipine group and ramlpril group all can effectively reduce the blood pressure, levamlodipine＇ s adverse reaction rate obviously lower than ramipril. Conclusion It is similar that the effect of levamlodipine and ramipril in treating hypertension treatment effect, but levamlodipine with slight adverse reactions was ideal antilayperteusive drugs.
