苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压90例

Treat senile hypertension with amlodipine besyla in 90 cases

目的:研究苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:选择老年原发性高血压患者180例,按治疗方式分组为苯磺酸氨氯地平和硝苯地平,比较两组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组的有效率分别为86.7%和83.3%,无统计学意义,不良反应发生率分别为6.58%,24.32%,治疗组显着低于对照组。结论:对于老年原发性高血压苯磺酸氨氯地平疗效优于硝苯地平,不良反应较少,适于在基层医院推广应用。

Objective： To study the effect of amlodipine besyla to treat the senile primary hypertension. Methods： Selection elderly patients with senile primary hypertension 180 cases who divided into two groups by application, amlodipine besyla group and nifedipine group, compared with two groups curative effect and adverse reaction. Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were respectively 86.7% and 83.3%, and there was no difference between the two groups statistically. Adverse reaction rate were 6.58% and 24.32% respectively, the treatment group significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Amlodipine besyla has better curative than nifcdipine, and less adverse reaction, suitable for primary hospital.
