163例胎膜早破患者的临床分析

目的:探寻胎膜早破的主要病因。方法:分析163例胎膜早破产妇的临床资料。结果:胎膜早破的发生与患者未能及时治疗下生殖道感染、羊膜腔内压力升高、胎先露与骨盆入口未能很好地衔接等因素有关。结论:加强孕妇的孕期保健、积极防治下生殖道感染是预防胎膜早破的主要方法。
