摘要
宝钢圆／方坯连铸生产中，保护渣对Ｃｓ１３７结晶器钢水液面检测精度有很大影响，严重时会导致铸坯表面质量出现问题甚至漏钢。通过现场试验，定量分析了保护渣对Ｃｓ１３７钢水液面检测精度及钢水液面波动的影响。
The practice of round/square billet continuous casting in Baosteel shows that there is a critical influence of the mould powder on the accuracy of Cs137 liquid steel level detecting system,which would lead to the problem of surface quality or even to breakout.A site quantitative analysis has been made to determine the effect of the mould powder on the accuracy of Cs137 liquid steel level detecting system and the fluctuation of the liquid steel level as well as the quality of cast billet,and a preliminary plan to solve this problem is put forward.
