摘要
对宣钢８ 号高炉第一代粘土砖与炭砖综合炉底使用情况进行分析后提出了大修中采用半石墨化自焙炭砖—陶瓷杯复合炉缸炉底结构的必要性及其具体改进方案。生产实践证明效果良好。
On the basis of analysis to the operation of first generation of comprehensive furnace bottom made with loam brick and carbon brick in No.8 B.F. of XISCO,the necessity to use the composite structure made with semi graphitized self roasted carbon brick and ceramic cup for furnace stack and bottom in overhaul is narrated and practical innovation plan proposed.It was proved that the practical effect is good.
