市场经济条件下新建矿山建矿模式的探讨

DISCUSSION ABOUT CONSTRUCTION MODE FOR NEW MINE UNDER THE CONDITION OF MARKET ECONOMY

在简要分析了计划经济条件下新建矿山的建矿模式存在主要问题的基础上，提出了在市场经济条件下新建矿山的建矿模式，即条块分割，招商引资基建，分期建设和生产的建设模式，供参考和商榷。

Based on the analysis of the main problems in the construction mode for new mine under the condition of plan economy,the mode under the condition of market economy is offered,that is,the mode of separating“columns”and“blocks”,absorbing fund for capital construction and conducting the construction and production by stages.
