肺炎克雷伯菌产超广谱β-内酰胺酶研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 产超广谱β-内酞胺酶(ESBLs)是肺炎克雷伯菌产生耐药的主要机制。ESBLs大多源于TEM、SHV位的基因突变,由1~4个氨基酸替换而形成新的酶蛋白,它的基因型主要包括TEM、SHV、CTX-M、OXA及其他少见类型,其中以TEM、SHV、CTX-M最常见,并呈全球分布[1]。下面分述ES-BLs的生物学特点。
