河南省高校体育教育专业学生排球裁判员培养现状及发展对策研究

On the Training of Student Volleyball Referees of Physical Education Majors in Henan Higher Education Institutions

高校作为中国排球裁判培养的场所之一,在培养学生裁判员的过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。然而通过对以往文献的整理和分析,发现有关高校培养学生裁判员的研究相对较少。本文通过对河南省6所高校学生排球裁判员的培养现状进行了详细的分析,指出了其中存在的主要问题,并以此为河南省高校体育教育专业学生排球裁判员培养及发展提出相应的对策。

Higher education institutions, as one of the places where volleyball referees are trained, play an important role in the training of student referees. However, through consulting existing documents, we find that there are relatively few researches in this respect. By a detailed analysis of the current situation of student volleyball referee training in six higher education institutions of Henan Province, we find some major problems and put forward countermeasures.
