摘要
叙述了一个利用石英晶体膜厚控制系统在光纤端面镀制半反射膜的工艺探索过程,包括膜系设计、工艺参数的修正。简要介绍了光控与晶控的特点,以实例证明了特殊情况下低温镀膜的可行性。
In this paper,a process practice of partial reflective coating on the ends of the optical fibres with quarts crystal controlling system is proposed,including film stack design and technology parameters revise.The characters of both methods of optical controlling system and quarts crystal controlling system are discussed ,the feasibity of coating film with normal temperature when need is been provided by the practice.
