Resources Creating Model and Strategies Choosing by New Ventures in Dynamic Capacity Perspective

通过文献梳理与回顾,首先剖析了资源基础观的理论意义与不足,提出了动态能力在新创企业成长中的作用及二者的耦合机制,重点分析了动态能力的6种资源创造模式,并进一步阐释了新创企业的选择策略。最后,提出了研究对新创企业成长的借鉴意义。

By literature searching and review,this paper first analyzed theoretical significance and shortcomings of resources foundation view,put forward function on new venture growth by dynamic capacity and the coupling mechanism of dynamic capacity and growth,analyzed six kinds of resources creating models of dynamic capabilities,and further explained the selection strategy of new ventures.Finally,make clearly the reference for new ventures＇ growth.
