摘要
通过刚果红法、热烘法和辊试法评价了合成的新型钙皂、锌皂及Ca- Zn 复合热稳定剂的热稳定性, 研究了钙皂、锌皂、螯合剂间的协同效应, 并进行了耐候性实验研究结果表明, 这种新型钙皂和新型锌皂,具有较高的热稳定性,170℃下的热稳定时间分别是硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸锌的二倍以上,新型Ca- Zn 复合热稳定剂的耐热性也超过同类产品它们均无毒,
The heat stabilities of new calcium soap,zinc soap and Ca Zn composite heat stabilizer were tested by Congo Red Method and Heating Method and Roller Test Method. The synergistic effect among Ca soap, Zn soap and chelating agent and weather resistance were studied. The study shown that the new Ca soap,Zn soap and Ca Zn composite heat stabilizer all exhibited high heat stability. Heat stable times of the new Ca soap and Zn soap at 170℃ were twice longer than those of Ca(st) 2 and Zn(st) 2;Heat resistance of the new Ca Zn composite heat stabilizer surpassed those of analogous Ca Zn products. The heat stabilizer synthesized all were non toxic and could applied in non toxic PVC products.
