摘要
采用有限容积差分法及压力修正法,数值求解了气固两相三维稳态时均NS 方程组.应用双流体模型,在适体坐标系下对一90°方形截面弯管内的稀疏气固两相流动进行了数值模拟.计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,证实了计算方法的适用性.指出了固粒对壁面的磨损主要取决于壁面处粒子的速度分布、碰撞角度及浓度分布.利用冲蚀模型对弯管外侧壁面上的磨损量进行了计算。
The steady three dimensionaltime averaged Navier Stokes equations are solved numerically in body fitted coordinate for dilute gas solid two phase flow in a 90°curved duct. The results are in good agreement with available experimentaldata,and show that the modelis applicable. They reveal that erosion due to particlesiscaused mainly by particle velocity,impinging angle and concentration at the wall.Furthermore,the erosion on the outer wallcan be estimated . This providesinformation for prevention of erosion .
