研究了颗粒增强铝基复合材料的室温拉伸性能与断裂机理.结果表明,由于材料变形的区域化及残余应力的存在,使应用传统的测量均匀材料强度的方法来测量颗粒增强金属基复合材料(PRMMCs) 强度会产生一定的误差.断口分析显示,PRMMCs 的断裂也属于MNG
Examined are the tensile and fracture properties of aluminum alloy matrix composites rein forced by SiCparticles at room temperature. Test results show that particles reinforced metal matrix composites (PRMMCs) exhibit a progressive transition from local plasticflow to bulk flow . Thermal residualstresses wereinduced by the difference in the coefficient ofthermalexpansion . Deviations are foundforthe conventional0 .2 % (proof) yield stressforthe PRMMCs.Fractography showsthatfrac ture evolution entails a process of microvoid nucleation ,growth and coalescence forthe PRMMCs.
