摘要
从非豆科作物根际土壤中分离筛选得到 213 个在无氮培养基上能良好生长的菌株,通过酶活测定,从中筛选得到 18 株固氮能力较强的菌株,并对其中酶活最高的 4 株菌株进行了鉴定,结果表明它们属于固氮菌科的不同属。利用它们可望制成适合于不同农作物生长的生物复合肥。
strains,which can subsist on non\|nitric medium,were isolated from the foot soil of non\|leguminous crops.Through determining their nitrogen\|fixation enzyme activity,18 strains,whose enzyme activity was stronger,were found in these strains and were identified as azotobacteraceae sp.They will be made into microbial fertilizer to fertilize different crops.
