With computers popularly used in structure design, the concept design and structure measures are more and more important. This paper discusses the cooperating fundamentals applied in concept design from such aspects as structure system,and material utilization rate, the purpose of which is to cause the structure design engineers to pay attention to concept design and struture measures.
