JY5300TXJ30/14型带压作业机的研制与应用

The research and application of Model JY5300TXJ30/14 snubbing service unit.

国外带压作业装置结构复杂,生产成本极高;国内的带压作业装置应用范围窄,作业压力级别偏低。为此,确定了新型带压作业机的设计方案,即整体移运液压传动电控集中操纵系统,研制出JY5300TXJ30/14型带压作业机。该作业机由主车和井口防喷器2大部分组成,通过底盘托架结合为一体,整机移运及现场安装非常方便。控制系统采用电、液集中控制,控制精度高,性能稳定。新型带压作业机到目前为止完成了25井次作业任务,结果表明,各项技术指标均达到设计要求,且作业机设计合理,操作方便,性能优越,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。

The structure of foreign snubbing service unit is complex and the manufacture cost is high.The domestic snubbing service unit is limited to a narrow scope of application,with relatively low levels of operating pressure.Therefore,the design scheme of the new-type snubbing service unit was determined,i.e.integrated hydraulic-drive electric-control centralized controlling.Then,Model JY5300TXJ30/14 snubbing service unit was developed.The unit consists of main vehicle and wellhead BOP which were integrated into a whole by the chassis bracket.It is convenient to transport the whole unit and to install it on the spot.The control system adopts centralized electrohydraulic control,with a high control precision and a stable performance.So far the new-type machine has completed operating tasks 25 well-times.The result shows that all technological indexes reach the design requirement,and the design of the unit is rational,its operation is convenient and its performance is reliable.
