摘要
连续管技术已广泛应用于多种井下作业,但因其在井下受力复杂,经常会出现断裂、卡堵等井下事故。为此,基于不同井眼轨迹中连续管的受力特点,运用现代力学理论及方法,结合其具体的作业工况,开发了井下连续管力学行为分析软件,并运用软件对连续管井下作业进行了实例分析计算。分析结果可用于指导连续管作业施工方案的设计、连续管注入头改进设计以及连续管井下安全性评价等,对于提高作业施工质量,减少作业事故,降低施工成本都具有现实意义。
The coiled tubing technology has already been used widely in many downhole operations.However,owing to its complex downhole stresses,there often appear downhole accidents such as breaking and blocking.Therefore,on the basis of the stress feature of coiled tubing in different hole tracks,the software for analyzing the mechanical behavior of downhole coiled tubing is developed to make a case analysis and calculation of coiled tubing's downhole operation by applying modern mechanical theories and methods and by referring to the specific operating conditions.The analysis result can be used to guide the design of the operation and construction scheme of coiled tubing,the design of the improved injection head of coiled tubing and the evaluation of the downhole safety of coiled tubing.It is of practical significance to the improvement of operation and construction quality,decrease of operating accidents and reduction of construction costs.
