摘要 在感应叠加脉冲发生器等应用中,对IGBT开关时序有严格要求。为有效控制IGBT动作,以FPGA为平台设计一种高精度IG-BT触发系统,采用以2SD315AL-33为核心模块的PCB板驱动,并以高速光耦TLP521-2进行电气隔离。控制信号类型可根据系统实际需要调整。最后给出IGBT驱动的输出波形,试验结果表明系统设计满足实际的工作需求,输出的触发信号有较高的调整精度,能够稳定触发IGBT。 Rigorous timing was required in some occasion such as induction adder pulse genetator and a kind of basic model of high voltage large power IGBT based on FPGA for controlling IGBT effectively was analyzed.Integrated driver chip 2SD315AL-33 was used in driving IGBT and TLP521-2 was used in electrical isolation,the trigger signal generated by FPGA and the control process could be modified according to the actual condition.At last the outline for practical IGBT driver was provided.The experimental results show that the design meets actual requirements and the trigger achieves high stability and high precision.
