摘要
介绍了液力偶合器的工作原理和特点以及在船舶推进系统中的运用实例,着重对船用液力偶合器脱排时轴系带转现象进行研究。理论分析、码头试验及台架试验表明,该现象是由液力偶合器固有的脱排鼓风转矩与轴系阻尼转矩大小决定的。提出了在使用过程中可采取的相应措施。
The working principle and characteristics of fluid coupling and its application in marine propulsion system is introduced.The research focuses on unstoppable shafting rotation after throw out of marine fluid coupling.Theoretical analysis,onboard test and bench test show that this phenomenon is determined by natural blast torque after throw-out of marine fluid coupling as well as damping torque of shafting.Based on the research results,solutions are given for the application of marine fluid coupling.
