对高校体育教师的能力结构作了研究，指出高校体育教师应主要具备八种能力，即：运动能力，组织能力，语言表达能力，示范能力，观察能力，审美能力，教育能力。

The structure ofabilities oftheteachersin physicaleducation departmentof universitiesis studied .Theteachers of P.Ein universities should possess eight kinds ofabilities.They are abilities ofsports,oforganization ,oflanguage expression ,of demonstration,of observation ,of aesthetic judge ment,ofteaching,and the ability oftraining .
