行动导向型教学强调以职业行为为基础,以能力培养为主线对专业按学习领域来实施教学。笔者在备课的过程中一直想方设法寻找旅游管理专业学生就业方向与基础会计教学的契合点,努力做到通过教学手段使学生既掌握基础会计学,为学习旅游财务管理课程打下基础,为以后的就业、创业方向打下基础。

Action orientated teaching emphasis on professional behavior as a foundation,train the ability as the main line to implement the teaching according to study field of professional.The author have been trying to seek conjunction point between the employment of tourism management students and the basic accounting teaching during the preparing process,Through my teaching means trying to achieve that students not only master fundamental accounting but laying a foundation for learning tourism financial management course for future employment and entrepreneurial direction.
