摘要
我国公共行政效率不高是一个令人注目的现象。虽然经过数年的改革和调整,这些状况有了一定程度的转变,但仍不能令人满意。本文指出了当前影响我国公共行政管理效率的主要因素,分析了造成效率低下的原因,并提出了改进提高的措施。
It is striking that China＇s public administration is of low efficiency.After years of reforming and adjusting,the phenomenon improves to a certain degree,but it is not so satisfactory.This thesis clarifies what mainly influences the efficiency of our public administration currently,analyzes what causes the low efficiency,and proposes measures to increase the efficiency.
