从系统观点出发,结合教学实践,对擒敌拳套路的教法进行了探讨。认为语言法、直观法、完整法与分解法、预防与纠正错误法是完成擒敌拳套路教学行之有效的教学方法,为提高擒敌拳教学质量和教学效果提供参考。

Embarks from the system viewpoint,combine with teaching practice,this paper discusses the teaching method of ＂seizes the enemy fist＂,the author thinks language method,direct-vision method,integrative method;and decomposition method,and method of prevention and correcting errors are effective methods for teaching,they can give some references for improving teaching quality.
