摘要
该文开发了一套大鼠运动行为控制系统,通过无线控制器刺激大鼠特定脑区,实现对大鼠运动行为的控制。系统采用Visual Basic 6.0软件开发PC机控制台程序,采用C8051F320芯片搭建硬件系统。控制命令由PC机控制台发出,经无线传输模块传送至背负在大鼠身上的控制器,控制器将命令转换为电压或电流刺激信号,再经由微电极施加到大鼠神经系统相关核团,实现对大鼠运动行为的控制。经大鼠运动行为控制实验测试,表明该系统运行稳定,能够成功实现大鼠运动行为的控制。另外,系统采用贴片封装元件,电路设计紧凑、体积小、重量轻、大鼠容易携带。
A control system has been developed to deliver stimuli into the rat brain through a wireless micro-stimulator for animal movement behavior control in this study.In the software system,an integrated PC control program is developed by Visual Basic 6.0,the hardware system is developed on the basis of C8051F320 chip microprocess.The control commands sent from the PC control program,transmitted to the controller which is carried on the rat's back by wireless transceiver,and converted to voltage or current stimuli by controller.Then the stimulation pulses are delivered into the nucleus of the rat nervous system through microelectrode to control the rat behavior.The results of experiments indicate that the system work stably and control rat movement behavior accurately.In addition,as a result of using SMT components,the system is compact,small size and light weight so that it can be easily carried by rat.
