我国非物质文化遗产保护的现行法律框架中,国际公约、中央立法和地方立法具有不同的优势和作用。民族自治立法是我国地方立法的特殊形式,对保护和传承我国民族自治地方珍贵的少数民族非物质文化遗产极具针对性和天然优势,易于形成利用特色立法制度调整和规范特有少数民族非物质文化遗产的"双特契合"的最优效果。

In the current legal framework of China＇s intangible cultural heritage protection,international conventions,the central legislature and local legislation have different strengths and effects.Autonomous legislation is a special form of local legislation on the protection and inheriting of the precious intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minority autonomous areas.It is easy to achieve optimum result by using its special legal system to adjust and regulate special intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities.
