大型圆柱体钢锭加热时间计算的集总热容法应用

摘要 用集总热容法计算瞬态导热时,要求毕渥数(B i)小于0.1。利用集总热容法理论推导大型柱体钢锭在非稳态导热条件下的解析解,将解析解的计算数据与实验数据进行对比,两者吻合很好。该方法拓展了集总热容法用于毕渥数远大于1的物体热传导计算。经现场工艺实践验证,证明计算温度值是准确可靠的,对大型圆柱体钢锭加热工艺制定提供了一种新的计算方法。 It requests Biot number(Bi) is smaller than 0.1 during computation of transient state heat conduction with lump heat capacity law.Using the theory of the lump heat capacity law,discussed the analytic solution of large-scale barrel steel ingot under the conduction of unsteady state heat conduction.Compared the estimated data of the analytic solution and the empirical datum,the result was close very well.The method can be used in the computation of object heat conduction with the lump heat capacity law when Biot number is bigger than 1 far.By the craft in practice,the calculated temperature value is accurate and reliable.This provides a new calculation method to formulated craft of heating large cylinder ingot.
