摘要
气流分布状况是影响电除尘器除尘效率的因素之一,采用数值模拟的方法对电除尘气流分布进行研究,流场的模拟采用标准k-ε双方程,数值计算采用SIMPLE算法。结果表明,在电除尘器进口端设置三层分布板,气流分布呈均匀状态;进口速度15m/s时,除尘效率达到最高;在相同进口风速下,电除尘器若只在进口处布置一块气流分布板,开孔率30%~40%最优;在气流均匀分布的基础上,分布板采用进口上小下大,出口上大下小开孔率形式布置,可以有效形成斜气流。
The condition of gas distribution is one of factors in collection efficiency.The measure of numerical simulation was used to take a research of air flow distribution in electrostatic precipitator.The equation model was taken in the flow field simulation.The computation was based on SIMPLE algorithm.The results show that taking three airflow-distribution boards in the inlet,the gas distribution is the best.The inlet vector at 15m/s,collection efficiency is the highest.At the same of inlet vector,the opening ratio of 30%~40% is the best which only one board was arrangement.Based on the air flow uniform distribution,inlet board using the form of upper large under small and outlet board making the form of upper small under large,skewed gas flow can be formed.
