富勒醇在镍复合镀层中的热扩散机理

Diffusion mechanism of fullerenol molecules in nickel composite coating during heat treatment

摘要 采用富勒醇成膜与电镀镍两步电沉积的方法制备了镍/富勒醇复合材料,并研究了富勒醇在复合镀层中的扩散行为。镀液组成及工艺参数为:NiSO4·7H2O250~350g/L,NiCl230~60g/L,H3BO330~40g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠0.05~0.10g/L,电流密度10A/dm2,室温下施镀20min。对富勒醇薄膜的元素分析结果表明,电沉积富勒醇的成分为C60O(OH)12。采用辉光放电光谱法(GDS)、X射线衍射法(XRD)、拉曼光谱法(Raman)等手段对富勒醇在复合镀层中的扩散机理以及存在状态进行了表征。结果表明:250~600°C条件下,富勒醇在复合镀层中的扩散激活能为33.11kJ/(mol·K),并以六边形吸附于Ni(111)晶面上进行表面扩散。 A Ni/fullerenol composite coating was prepared by a two-step synthesis technique,which consists of a fullerenol film formation followed by a Ni electroplating. The coating was obtained from the plating bath consisting of NiSO4·7H2O 250-350 g/L,NiCl2 30-60 g/L,H3BO3 30-40 g/L,and lauryl sodium sulfate 0.05-0.10 g/L at a current density of 10 A/dm2 and room temperature for 1 h. The diffusion behavior of fullerenol molecules within polycrystalline Ni metal materials was investigated. The electrodeposited fullerenol was characterized by a molecular formula of C60O(OH) 12,as evident from elemental analysis(EA) result. Glow discharge mass spectrometry(GDS) technique,X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Raman spectroscopy were employed for researching the diffusion mechanism of fullerenol molecule. The diffusion activation energy for fullerenol molecules within the composite coating is 33.11 kJ/(mol·K) in the temperature range of 250-600 °C. A mechanism involving hexagonal absorption on Ni planes(111) was suggested.
