镀铜导针线材的抗氧化处理

摘要 采用盐雾试验、腐蚀极化曲线和大气腐蚀试验方法,综合评价了BTA类化合物对镀铜导针线材的缓蚀效果。最佳抗氧化处理条件为:BTA类化合物质量浓度6g/L,成膜温度55°C,成膜时间6min。此条件下得到的钝化膜在3%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的开路电位(OCP)比基材正移250mV,在大气中暴露180d后成色不变,可焊性良好。 The corrosion inhibition of copper-plated steel wires by BTA compounds was evaluated through salt spray test,polarization curve measurement and atmospheric corrosion test. The optimal conditions of anti-oxidation treatment are as follows:BTA 6 g/L,film-forming temperature 55 °C,and time 6 min. The passivation film obtained has an open-circuit potential(OCP) 250 mV higher than the substrate in a 3wt% NaCl solution as well as good color durability and solderability even after exposure to the atmosphere for 180 days.
