金属磁粉心具有优异的软磁性能,广泛应用于电感元件和变压器等领域。概括介绍了金属磁粉心的发展情况,重点对其磁性能的影响因素(粉料、绝缘包覆、成型和烧结等)进行了分析。
Metal powder core is widely applied in inductance components and transformerdes for its excellent soft magnetic properties.This article mainly presents the situation of metal powder systematically,and also analyses the influencing factors of magnetic performances,including magnetic medium,insulating,pressing and sintering.
