摘要
采用射频磁控溅射法在玻璃基片上成功地制备了SmTbCo/Cr非晶垂直磁化膜,对薄膜的磁特性与温度特性进行了研究。薄膜组分为(Sm0.286Tb0.714)31Co69/Cr时,其饱和磁化强度为330kA/m,矫顽力为398 kA/m,薄膜的磁各向异性能值高达415kJ/m3;该种薄膜的居里温度在220℃左右,补偿温度在室温附近。扫描隧道显微图像表明,该种薄膜在经过220℃升温处理以后,原子团簇并没有明显改变。
Amorphous SmTbCo/Cr films with perpendicular anisotropy were successfully prepared by using r.f.magnetron sputtering and the magnetic properties as well as their temperature dependence characteristics were investigated.For sample with composition of(Sm0.286Tb0.714)31Co69/Cr,the saturation magnetization Ms is 330kA/m,the coercivity is 398 kA/m and the the magnetic anisotropy energy is as high as 415kJ/m3.The Curie temperature of this film is 220℃ and the compensation temperature is around room temperatue.The STM images showed that even after 220℃ annealing,the atom cluster of this film has no obvious change.
