摘要
通过常规的粉末冶金工艺,制备了成分为(PrNd)32.5B1.05Febal(质量比)的烧结磁体,对其铸锭、烧结和回火状态下样品的微观组织和各相的硬度进行了分析测试。结果表明,烧结和回火态样品主要的相均来源于铸锭,而铸锭中的缺陷相则要在磁体中重新分布排列。在三种样品中,铸锭Nd2Fe14B相和富Nd相的硬度均较低,烧结态样品的Nd2Fe14B相和富Nd相的硬度最高,而回火状态下的Nd2Fe14B相和富Nd相硬度介于前面二者之间。
Sintered magnets with composition(PrNd)32.5B1.05Febal(weight percent) were prepared via general powder metallurgy processing,and the metallographic microstructure and Vicker's hardness of the ingots,as-sintered and as-annealed material were analysed by scanning electronic microscope.It showed that the primary phases in assintered and as-annealed samples come from ingots,but the defects in ingots are rearranged in the formers.Among the three kinds of samples,the ingot has lower Nd2Fe14B and Nd-rich phase hardness,the as-sinteredsample has the biggest,and as-annealed sample has medimum Nd2Fe14B and Nd-rich phase hardness.
